Speculative and Custom Homes. Pro Builders is owned

and operated by Ryan T Propheter, a Building

Professional with over 25 years of hands on experience.

Pro Builders was started in 1994 by Ryan T Propheter,

after graduating from North West Missouri State

University with a Bachelors of Science Degree. Pro

Builders is still owned and operated by Ryan T Propheter

with years of experience in all aspects of home construc-

tion. Including Rough-in, Roofing, Concrete, Siding,

Windows, Interior Trim, Painting and Drywall. With a vast knowledge of Plumbing, Electrical, and

other Mechanical systems. Admittedly, the only two jobs in home construction that I have not done

are installing HVAC and laying carpet.

The difference between Pro Builders and other builders

is that I am actually capable of building your house. I

will most likely be on site doing the actual work and

making sure that all craftsmanship is at the level for

which has become known and expected of Pro Builders.
